These terms apply when you book and receive treatments from "Keratin4U" ("we", "us", "our") via our website keratin4u.co.uk or any other booking method. By booking a treatment with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide mobile hair treatments — including keratin treatments, Nanoplastia and Hair Botox — at your chosen location across Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
2. Booking and deposits
- A £20 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is deducted from the final cost of your treatment.
- We will message you the day before your appointment to confirm.
- The deposit is non-refundable if you do not confirm your appointment, or if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let us know as early as possible. Where you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours' notice, your deposit can normally be carried over to a new appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours, or appointments we are unable to confirm, will result in the loss of your deposit as set out above.
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, we will offer you a new appointment or a full refund of your deposit.
4. Lateness and access
As a mobile service, please make sure someone is available at the agreed time and that we can access the property. We kindly ask that you allow a reasonable amount of time for the treatment. If we are unable to gain access, or are kept waiting beyond a reasonable period, this may be treated as a late cancellation and your deposit may be lost.
5. Suitability and your responsibilities
Before your treatment we may ask about your hair history and any allergies, sensitivities or scalp/skin conditions so we can treat you safely. Please give us accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to decline or stop a treatment if we believe it is not safe or suitable for you. Treatments are not carried out on anyone we believe to be under the age of 18 without appropriate parental consent and supervision.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are confirmed at the time of booking. The balance, after deducting your deposit, is payable on the day of treatment by [PAYMENT METHODS — e.g. cash, card via SumUp / bank transfer]. Prices may vary depending on hair length, thickness and condition; if the treatment required differs significantly from what was booked, we will discuss any change in price with you before proceeding.
7. Results and aftercare
Results can vary from person to person depending on hair type, condition and history, and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. To get the best and longest-lasting results, please follow any aftercare advice we give you. We are not responsible for results affected by failure to follow aftercare guidance.
8. Complaints
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment, please contact us as soon as possible using the details below so we can put things right.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of your booking is the one that applies.
